The mullahs’ regime ruling in Iran has been the axis of evil since 1979, turning not only Iran and the Middle East region but the whole of the world into a field of terrorism.

Our civilized world has never experienced the kind of existing violence and terrorism before the onset of the rule of the mullahs.

When Khomeini seized the sovereignty in Iran, he strongly supported extremist groups in some countries and provided them with funding, training, and arming. In some countries he also created groups, acting entirely under his command and promoted terrorist acts and unsafe world.

Groups like Lebanon's Hezbollah and al-Qaeda and the Houthi militia in Yemen and various militias in Iraq and Syria, and even the Taliban group in Afghanistan, are all somehow funded and armed by the Iranian regime.

The Iranian regime is the source of many of the world's problems, including the war in Syria and Yemen, and the continuing Taliban's criminal activities in Afghanistan.

On Wednesday, 22 of February, Ms. Nicky Haley, the United States Ambassador to the United Nations, highlighted Iran's role in sabotage in different countries. She said Iran's actions in countries such as Syria and Yemen are the origin of the human tragedy caused by military conflicts in the Middle East.

The Islamic Republic of Iran is the source of destabilizing actions which have spread to the entire Middle East," She said to the UN Security Council.

Ms. Haley referred to Iran as the most important contributor to terrorism, for example, sending ballistic missiles from Tehran to the Houthi rebels in Yemen; The action that has led to a prolonged civil war in Yemen, a widespread famine, and numerous human suffering for millions of people in that country...

Given the black history of the Iranian regime, the distractive activities of this regime can be considered in three fields, which are related and intensify each other, since 1979:

First: Theft and looting of the property of the Iranian people and spending it for terrorism.

Second: the repression of the Iranian people and human rights violations, particularly violation of women's rights.

Third: the spread of terrorism and the creation of war in different countries.

What should be done?

It is now time for the civilized world to respond the Iranian regime firmly, regards its destabilizing activities, including the development of missile program and the protection of proxy terrorists and militias that are spreading destructive tensions throughout the Middle East,

The West must declare openly that it is against the destructive policies of the Iranian regime and to break economic relations with the regime, and standing beside the democratic demands of the Iranian people to establish peace and stability.

Europe must distance itself from the clerical regime. This regime is doomed to go and appeasement policy only makes the price for freedom heavier for the people of Iran and fuels war and crises in the region. There is a democratic alternative in Iran, which enjoys popular support and the regime fears it very much. It is capable of bringing about change and offering specific plans and structures for the future of Iran. This alternative guarantees a united and sovereign Iran and tranquility in the region.
